Summer Camp Must Haves + Info

Hello families,

Please review the information below to help ensure a smooth and successful camp experience for everyone.

What to Bring / Wear

• Comfortable clothing your child can move in (no jeans, please)

• A change of clothes for art class (play clothes that can get paint on)

• Dance shoes if your child has them (bare feet are also fine)

• A nut-free packed lunch (due to anaphylactic allergies)

• A labeled water bottle

Other Information​

• Our studio is located at 2790 Cliffe Ave, Courtenay.

• At drop-off, please line up in front of the door to sign your child in.

• We currently operate as a drop-off and pick-up zone.

• Please ensure the waiver attached to the registration form is read and signed.

• Children may not attend camp unless the registration form is completed, the waiver is signed, and tuition is paid in full.

Payment Information

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at registration to hold your spot.

• The remaining 50% is due by May 1st.

• If payment is not received by May 1st, the spot may be released and filled by another child.

• Summer camp pricing is $250 per week.

Photos

• Photos will be taken during camp and may be shared on our Facebook page.

• If you do not want your child’s photo taken, please let me know prior to camp.
