SUMMER CAMPS
Summer Camp Must Haves + Info
- Children must wear clothes they can move in (no jeans).
- Please bring a change of clothes for art class (play clothes that can get paint on).
- Kids can bring dance shoes if they have them, if not they can wear bare feet for dance class.
- Please pack a lunch with no nuts (due to anaphylactic allergies).
- Bottled water labeled with name.

OTHER INFO
- We have a washroom, but it is best if your child uses the washroom at home before they come.
- Our studio is located at 2790 Cliffe Ave Courtenay.
- At drop-off, please line up in front of the door to sign your child in. We run as a drop-off and pick-up zone currently. However, we welcome all the parents each week at the end of the week for viewing.
- Please read through and sign the waiver attached to the registration form.
- Your child will not be able to attend unless the registration form is filled out, the waiver is signed, and is tuition paid.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at registration (prior to May 1st to get the early bird pricing) then the other 50% is due by June 1st. If payment is not received by June 1st, we will take it if your child is not attending and fill the spot with another child. Please note that pricing will change after May 1st to regular pricing if a deposit isn’t paid which is $225/week.
Please be aware that we will take pictures at our camp and will post them on our Facebook page. If you do not want your child’s picture taken, please let me know prior to camp.
